What are your payment policies?

We currently accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal and cash on-site.

All online reservations are paid in full upfront, but you may call us at  (208) 538-7337 to make other payment arrangements. 

You may also pay at the time of check-in, but we will not reserve a specific spot.

Our Cancellation Policy:

We provide a 100% refund* on any cancellation made 30 days BEFORE the reservations’ check-in date. However, there is a $10.00 cancelation fee.

We provide a 50% refund on any cancellation made 14 days BEFORE the reservations’ check-in date. 

We do not allow any cancellation or refunds made within 13 days of the reservations’ check-in date.

How do I cancel? Please call us at 1-208-538-7337 to cancel your reservation. We only process cancellations/refunds over the phone.

For sure 🙂 We require full payment for online reservations, but you may call us and make other payment arrangements. You may pay at the time of check-in, but we cant guarantee your spot.

Yep 🙂 We can swipe your credit or debit cards upon check-in.
